Diana Peeva is the Chief People Officer of Plxsur, appointed in 2025. She brings two decades of experience in people & culture, organisation design, leadership, M&A integration, digital transformation across hospitality, createch, transport, non-profits and professional services.
Diana’s appointment reflects Plxsur’s commitment to people-centred growth. Throughout her career, Diana has partnered with boards, founders and private-equity sponsors to turn value-creation plans into operating models and strong leadership benches. At XR, a PE-backed adtech company, she led people transformation across 35+ offices across worldwide and supported two investor rounds in two years, while modernising reward and performance and guiding culture through integration. Earlier leadership includes executive roles in PE-backed and regulated, multi-site environments at Busaba and RATP Dev UK. She helped build AAYA’s start-up group office into a multi-entity portfolio and later co-founded 43 North, a spin-out that secured a joint venture with The Collective. She also serves as a trustee and awards judge — demonstrating cross-sector commercial versatility.
At Plxsur, she is building the people blueprint — aligning leadership, organisation design and people systems to strategy to unlock scale, accelerate value creation, and embed a culture of success and innovation across the global portfolio.
Diana holds MA in Human Resource Management, BA in Economics, and BA in Data Science with Multiverse (dissertation in progress), and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD).
