Paolo Tegazzin is the Chief Operating Officer of Plxsur, having joined in early 2025. He brings over 20 years of international experience in operations leadership, business transformation, operational excellence, M&A, cost reduction, and private equity across the consumer, industrial, and electronics sectors.
Throughout his career, Paolo has worked with leading private equity firms, including Bain Capital and CD&R, where he led large-scale strategic programs that delivered successful divestments. While with CVC, he supported the spin-off of Lipton Tea from Unilever. He has also driven operational excellence and cost reduction programs at global corporations such as Kimberly-Clark and McCain Foods.
In addition, Paolo has played a key role in developing new ventures, both within large corporates (e.g., Philip Morris International) and in private equity–backed businesses (e.g., Actis, Argos Wityu). His versatile skill set enables him to rapidly optimize complex, multi-site organizations and accelerate growth, notably through acquisitions and new business initiatives.
Paolo holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, a postgraduate degree in Operations Management from Cranfield University, and an MBA from London Business School.
