Paolo Tegazzin brings over 20 years of international experience in operations leadership, business transformation, and private equity across the consumer, industrial, and electronics sectors. He began his career at Kimberly-Clark and McCain Foods, where he drove operational excellence and cost reduction programs across multi-site businesses.

He went on to work with leading private equity firms including Bain Capital, CD&R, and CVC, where he led large-scale transformation projects and supported transactions such as the spin-off of Lipton Tea from Unilever. He has also partnered with Actis and Argos Wityu on growth and efficiency initiatives, as well as developed new ventures within corporates such as Philip Morris International.

Paolo holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, a postgraduate degree in Operations Management from Cranfield University, and an MBA from London Business School.
