Paul practiced as a solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard for over 20 years before rising to become the Firms’s CEO. He later joined the big 4 accountancy firm EY where he helped to establish its global legal practice, EY legal.

As CEO of Addleshaw Goddard, Paul guided the Firm through unprecedented market challenges resulting from the global financial crisis. That included him conceiving and implementing a new vision and strategy to deliver a return to revenue growth while maintaining margin, and coaching and developing numerous individuals as business leaders and Board members to enable higher performance.

As an executive leader of a challenger, fast-growth business, Paul built, coached and aligned the team and developed and drove strategy execution, quadrupling revenue and significantly improving margin over 4 years.
